CURRENT CAMPAIGNS

If you need to change your flight dates, please open a support ticket with our customer support team and someone from our team will reach out within 1 business day. Please note that shortening a digital campaign flight can cause pacing issues with delivering impressions to your list, so we cannot guarantee to deliver your budget in full if the campaign is cut short.
Within 2 business days of the launch of your campaign, you’ll receive a customized reporting dashboard via email. This dashboard is updated every 24 hours with the number of impressions served and clicks to your landing page. If you have any questions about this dashboard, please reach out to our customer support team at [email protected].
Yes. To pause your ad, please reach out to our support team at [email protected] or by opening a support ticket. A member of our team will confirm within one business day that your campaign has been successfully paused.
At SpeakEasy, we completely understand that things change and you may need to cancel your order. We want to work with you to make sure you can make changes to your media spend. However, the amount we are able to refund you will depend on the costs that we have already incurred (including credit card fees) if your order has begun printing or running on digital. As such, we cannot guarantee a full refund on any order. Please note that refunds of any size take 5-7 business days to process.
Across the political ad space, the benchmark CTR (click-through rate) is 0.08%. While clicks are an important metric of success, a strong banner ad can also create message awareness and increase name ID, even if someone doesn’t click on the ad. As a best practice, our campaigns are designed to optimize toward reach (showing the ad to as many people on your list as possible). We use CTR as a secondary metric.
Your ads will appear on brand-safe sites wherever the voters are browsing. Most popular sites tend to be on news, sports, and entertainment sites. Banner ads will not run on social media sites such as Facebook or Twitter.

Additionally, SpeakEasy is very focused on the importance of brand/campaign safety for these ads. We use an advanced brand safety setting to exclude potentially offensive sites. Beyond this, we also implement additional block lists to ensure the ads are not appearing on hyper-conservative news sites.
No. Our service excludes these kinds of sites.
Because we are targeting voters and not websites, you won’t be able to choose exactly where your ads will be seen. This strategy helps reach your target voters on thousands of campaign-safe websites and mobile apps.
We onboard data through a process called ‘cookie-matching’ which takes offline fields such as name or address, anonymizes it, and matches it to a person-based ID that we can target online. This process takes about 3 business days from the time that we receive your data targets. We serve the ad to this list only, so only your targets can see your ad.
